Get In Touch
If you’re worried about your child or young person and aren’t sure what kind of support they need, you’re welcome to get in touch. You do not need to know exactly what your child needs before contacting me. We can talk through what has been happening, what you are concerned about and whether therapy or another form of support may be appropriate. We can start with a conversation and work it out together.

Free Initial Consultation

The first step is a free initial telephone consultation.

This gives us an opportunity to talk about your child or young person, what you have noticed and what you are hoping to get support with.

You can ask any questions you have about how I work, and we can think together about whether I am the right person to help.

There is no obligation to book therapy following the consultation.

What Happens Next?
1

Free Initial Consultation

We have a telephone conversation about what is happening and what you are looking for support with.

2

Parent / Carer Meeting

If therapy seems appropriate, I take time to understand your child’s history, development, family circumstances and current concerns.

3

Your Child's First Session

Your child can then be introduced to me and the therapy space at a pace that feels comfortable for them.

4

Ongoing Therapy

If we decide that therapy is appropriate, we can agree the next steps and the way forward together.

You Don't Have to Have All The Answers

It can be difficult to know where to start when you are concerned about your child.

You don’t need to have worked out exactly what is wrong or what kind of support they need before getting in touch.
