This initial conversation will give you the opportunity to briefly speak about your child's difficulties and ask any basic questions you may have. It will also give us the opportunity to organise a face to face meeting.
Child/Adolescent Counselling- £100

Adult Counselling - £100
These Sessions are 50 minutes
Individual Mentoring sessions - £100
These Sessions are more adolescent focused creating valuable space and time to ‘stand back’ and review where you are now, where you want to get to and how best to get there. I will Contribute my viewpoints, advice, and information from my own knowledge, experience and expertise, assisting you to achieve changes and goals to enhance your present/future professional and personal life.
Offsite consulting
These are school meetings or visits anywhere that is not at the location where therapy is taking place. Cost depends on travel distance and whether report writing is required.
Reflective parenting sessions - £100
These sessions offer parents and carers a reflective space for 40 minutes to explore the challenges and worries they have about their children. I offer a confidential space with my knowledge and expertise. “If the parent can face their own feelings openly, the child can more easily be open with his own feelings and confusions” (Oaklander, 1978: P248)
All sessions are sold in packages and are paid for in cash or Direct debit. Payment plans are available. If you need to cancel or change a session please give as much notice as possible but at least 48 hours before your booked appointment. Any cancelled, missed or changed appointments with less than 48-hour notice are charged the usual session fee.
